Who we are?

We are the prime arts institution in Zimbabwe, Facilitating and enhancing research, teaching,learning , sharing, appreciation and continous improvement/development

The National gallery library was established in 1957 and developed with the assistance of Thomas Meikle Foundation from which it derives its name , to provide research and at the same time , preserve and conserve published works for the education of present and future generations of Zimbabwe
